As of the end of August 2020, FRESX held 40 issues, with 12.72% of its assets invested in Prologis Inc.

Icon Global Group is marketing the property.

“I bought the property in 2004 and began acquiring the properties around it,” Uechtritz said. “We gutted the house back to the studs.”

Uechtritz said he’s decided to downsize now that his kids have moved away.

“I’m going to move out to Cedar Creek Lake where our horses are,” he said. “We’ll probably keep an apartment on Turtle Creek.”

The property can be divided and still maintain the large house and stable buildings.

“There is 12 acres or more than can be developed into 2-acre home lots,” Uechtritz said. “To have a place with 14 acres that’s 20 minutes from Uptown is rare.”
